Terms & Condition

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Renters must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid driver’s license issued by the United States or a valid international driving permit is required.

• Drivers under 25 may be subject to an additional young driver fee.

2. Required Documents

To rent a car from us, you must provide:

• A valid driver’s license

• A government-issued ID card (such as a passport or national ID)

• A valid credit card, debit card, or cash for the deposit

3. Deposit Policy

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at the time of pickup.

• The deposit can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash.

• The deposit will be returned within 30 days after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage, extra mileage, or rental policy violations.

4. Reservation and Payment

• A valid credit card, debit card, or cash payment is accepted for reservation and rental charges.

• Full payment or a partial deposit may be required at the time of booking.

• All payments must be made in the renter’s name.

• Cash payments are accepted, but a valid credit or debit card is still required for deposit and verification purposes.

5. Rental Period and Late Fees

• Rentals are charged on a daily basis.

• A grace period of up to 30 minutes may be allowed for late returns (at the company’s discretion).

• Late returns will result in additional charges.

6. Insurance and Liability

• Renters must have active insurance coverage.

• A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available for purchase but does not cover all types of damages or liabilities.

• Renters are responsible for all damages not covered by insurance.

7. Mileage Limits

• Rentals include a daily mileage allowance.

• Excess mileage is subject to additional charges.

• Unlimited mileage options are available upon request (at a higher rate).

8. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

• Vehicles may not be used for:

  • Off-road driving

  • Towing or racing

  • Any illegal activity

• Pets are not allowed, unless special arrangements are made and a pet fee is paid.

9. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as at pickup.

• A refueling fee will be charged if the fuel level is lower at return.

10. Cancellation and Modification

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

• A cancellation fee may apply.

• No-shows may be charged up to one day’s rental fee.

11. Vehicle Inspection

• • Renters must inspect the vehicle before leaving the rental lot.

  • Any pre-existing damage must be reported to avoid charges upon return.
