Renters must be at least 21 years old.
A valid driver’s license issued by the United States or a valid international driving permit is required.
Drivers under 25 may be subject to an additional young driver fee.
To rent a car from us, you must provide:
A valid driver’s license
A government-issued ID card (such as a passport or national ID)
A valid credit card, debit card, or cash for the deposit
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at the time of pickup.
The deposit can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash.
The deposit will be returned within 30 days after the vehicle is returned, provided there is no damage, extra mileage, or rental policy violations.
A valid credit card, debit card, or cash payment is accepted for reservation and rental charges.
Full payment or a partial deposit may be required at the time of booking.
All payments must be made in the renter’s name.
Cash payments are accepted, but a valid credit or debit card is still required for deposit and verification purposes.
Rentals are charged on a daily basis.
A grace period of up to 30 minutes may be allowed for late returns (at the company’s discretion).
Late returns will result in additional charges.
Renters must have active insurance coverage.
A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available for purchase but does not cover all types of damages or liabilities.
Renters are responsible for all damages not covered by insurance.
Rentals include a daily mileage allowance.
Excess mileage is subject to additional charges.
Unlimited mileage options are available upon request (at a higher rate).
Vehicles may not be used for:
Off-road driving
Towing or racing
Any illegal activity
Pets are not allowed, unless special arrangements are made and a pet fee is paid.
Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as at pickup.
A refueling fee will be charged if the fuel level is lower at return.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
A cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows may be charged up to one day’s rental fee.
Renters must inspect the vehicle before leaving the rental lot.
Any pre-existing damage must be reported to avoid charges upon return.
